Q&A with Evelyn Bailey
Evelyn Bailey became a member of NASNA in the early 1990s when she became the first 911 state administrator for Vermont. As a consultant from 2006-2013, she helped state 911 administrators with a variety of projects. In 2014, she became NASNA’s first executive director. She retired from that position at the end of September 2019 and reflects on her work in 911.
